Both of your stoke books helped me greatly. For the first time I felt deeply connected to you after my own stroke.

I will say that whenever anyone said I was lucky I wanted to scream my head off at them. Lucky??!! We would have been luckier if this had never happened to us.

Seven years later, I realize that, in the scheme of things, I was lucky, lucky to be alive, and able to continue on a journey filled with ups and downs, but lots of joy when I choose to enjoy each and every moment. Thank you, my writer friend.

Now be the dance in the water reminds me of a watsu therapy i had in Chile. It was a healing experience.
